We brought the EMEA sales kickoff event to life for the second time, this time in Sibenik, Croatia.
The 550 participants were members of the sales organization of Siemens Healthineers, who are the face of the company for its many customers. The event was designed to let them know how important they are.
A great organisation and close cooperation with the customer, which reached its highlight on the three days of the event after 4 days of intensive set-up and rehearsals.
The magic started four days earlier
Our team worked hard in the four days prior to the event; the setup process was a mix of Tetris and high-speed construction. Equipment, decor, logistics – everything had to be perfect down to the last detail. In addition to the construction and installation, rehearsals were also on the agenda. From sound and light to the individual items on the program, we prepared meticulously for everything.
The climax – the awards dinner – an evening of glitz and glamor
Some events call for something extra. This was an evening dedicated to celebrating success, but it also needed to be a stimulating occasion, an engaging affair in its own right. The moment the participants entered the room, it was obvious that every spotlight, every loudspeaker, every screen was perfectly positioned to take guests on a visual and musical journey.
Backstage: The real magic
Our team was on the move the entire time, providing support for the speakers, reacting quickly to technical challenges, constantly checking the time to make sure everything was on schedule – and making sure everyone had fun, too!
All in all, a perfect team
These were exhausting days, but they were filled with many unforgettable moments. From construction to dismantling, every detail contributed to the success of this event.
We're already looking forward to the next one!
